Hi, welcome to White Umbrella! I’m David - professional wedding photographer, snowboard-bum at heart, and husband to my wonderful wife, Phoebe. White Umbrella is my photography company that I’ve been working on for the past few years, and I’m stoked to finally share it with all you newly engaged couples out there!

Every wedding I’ve had the honor of photographing has been an amazing experience, and just a down-right celebration. I always find myself smiling ear to ear at the end of each wedding day, being reminded of how rad it is to love someone and also be loved. I can’t thank enough to the couples, who over the past few years, gave me the opportunity to capture their most intimate and celebrated moments.

THE HIRING PROCESS

  • Step 1

    Once you're ready to start an inquiry, go to the 'contact' page and provide some basic info by filling out the questionnaire. If you're not seeing a certain service, feel free to email me a description of your situation and I'll work with you to see how I can help.

  • Step 2

    I'll respond within 24 hours and provide an email + phone consultation at no cost, where I answer any and every question you may have about services, options, pricing. It's also a good time to just chat and get to know each other. After-all, I might be spending your whole wedding day with you and the crew : )

  • Step 3

    If everything feels good and right, I go ahead and draft up the contract so we can finalize. You put down a 15% deposit to secure your date, and then we wait until the big day!
